Beginnings

People seem to exist in a permanent state of confusion. They wake up and immediately begin asking themselves questions, (What do I need to do today? What happened yesterday? How can I prepare for tomorrow?) every waking and even every sleeping hour in some way or another is spent searching for something, and most people tend to not even know what they are searching for. Even the substances we use to escape the questions bombard us with confusion. Sometimes they are searching for love, sometimes a purpose, sometimes just food, just searching. What is really so unsettling about our lives? What force of motion causes us to be so dissatisfied with our lives that we’re driven to madness, sadness, or ignorance? And why does it seem like nobody has any real answers?
Religions have risen and fallen, empires have destroyed themselves, society has grown and shrunk in all directions to get to this place we are now. Illusions of progress and creation cause people to become complacent with a mediocre life that fulfills basic needs and has a bit of fun thrown in there. And yet people still don’t have any answers. Despite the often contradicting ideas about what people would perceive as a “good life” the questions just continue to grow, they gnaw at our insides and chip away at our life source. Fooling ourselves and others with ideas that we exist to do anything more than exist has become the most common pathway to decay. Ideas that we have the right to whatever we see fit, ideas fueled by an ego that is so essentially human it is the reason we are lost. To find the answers to the universe, you have to be a part of it. Not simply exist in it, but give your concept of self over to a power that knows more, a power that ironically is also yourself.
Perception of self is one of the most talked about things in human existence. People are always trying to find where exactly they fit in to the universe, what their purpose is, and they have since the beginning of humanity. Humans, albeit smart, tend to overlook a lot. Our sense of importance is most often our downfall. We percieve ourselves as significant and so anything we view as below us often goes ignored. While the universe may seem large, intimidating, and mysterious, there is something to be found in simplicity. You'd think after all the time humans have existed they'd have found something more than just the ability to send smiley faces in the matter of seconds, something more than the simple fulfilling of desires to expand. We view ourselves as so important even godly at times, yet have such a distrust in ourselves that we disregard our intuition, play it off as a gut feelings and charge forward with our heads.
This concept is a really abstract one, so I'll attempt to explain it. The first law of thermodynamics states that energy within a closed system cannot be created or destroyed, despite the belief that t says matter cannot be created or destroyed. But Einstein proved that Energy and Mass are equivalent and can be interchangeable. Now it may be hard to see, but the entire universe itself is a closed system, all bodies and objects feeding the energy system. As a system, the energy that is existent can't be created or destroyed, only change forms. The first law of cells says All cells come from other cells. All of this science mumbo jumbo, brings to the conclusion that everything in the universe is made up from everything else in the universe. I'm sure this concept isn't something completely new, but it's one that's often disregarded.
When a single person tries to take this concept in, they no longer are a single person. They realize their role in their own life as their universe. You will never see the world from anywhere but behind your own eyes, you have essentially created the entire universe around you yourself. This idea basically gives power to whoever wields it correctly. Whatever you manifest in your head, will be before you in your life. It's almost as if you're playing a video game that's completely customizable. This leads the way to realizing that everything around you is part of you, the energy of every object, person, place, or thing you interact with has an effect on your physical person and mental state just as your energy has an effect on everything else, because it's all one and the same. You might not think that holding a pencil would have an effect on the energy in the room, but if you hold the pencil with that intent it's going to do just that. It's almost never something that's actual perceivable with the eyes, but the eyes have very little power over the universe, the universe doesn't depend on light and reflection and color, the universe depends on the flow of energy. You can tap into that energy with almost no effort, because you are that energy, it's yours to control.
A simple idea and mindset may not seem like it'll have real power, but a mind created nuclear bombs, a mind created government, everything sitting around you has been created by a mind, a collective existence in which you have a vessel to effect your entire universe with. Being able to recognize your own power is the first step to pulling yourself out of the futility of life. It eventually becomes a canvas there for you to play with. So create your life in exactly the way you want, your mind is the tool that will manifest the world around you and knowing that is just the beginning.
